What do I get after payment?

An email with a one-time link and the same information on the /thanks page. The link is valid for 7 days.
Why is there no signup?

The email + link is our only identity channel. This minimizes PII and makes onboarding trivial.
What is BYOK and why?
+
Bring Your Own Key — your Anthropic/OpenAI API key. You pay the provider directly, we don't markup tokens.
How is my API key stored?

AES-256-GCM encryption with a key kept separate from the database. Plaintext is never logged.
Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of payment if the VM has not been used heavily. Details on the refunds page.
What happens when my term ends?

The VM is suspended for 30 days (renewable), then deleted with its data. We notify you 7 and 1 day before.
