This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Violations result in suspension or termination, without refund.
1. What’s prohibited
1.1 Illegal content
- Any content that violates Ukrainian or international law
- Counterfeit content, piracy
- Hate speech, terrorism, incitement to violence
- CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) — zero tolerance. Immediate termination + report to NCMEC and/or Ukrainian law enforcement
1.2 Malicious activity
- Creating / distributing malware, ransomware, spyware
- Phishing, scam campaigns, fake social-media bots
- DDoS attacks, DDoS-as-a-service
- Spam (mass mailing without opt-in)
- Rate-limit bypass, captcha-farming
1.3 Infrastructure abuse
- Crypto mining (CPU/GPU-intensive operations outside intent)
- Running third-party services on the VM (web hosting, file sharing, torrents)
- Reselling Service access
- Reverse engineering the platform (gateway, llmproxy, orchestrator APIs)
- Attempts to escape the isolated VM (privilege escalation, sandbox break)
1.4 LLM abuse
- Automated prompts to generate CSAM, deepfake porn, deepfake fraud
- Automated content generation for malicious campaigns (election interference, harassment)
- Attempts to extract prompt secrets from OpenAI/Anthropic/Google via jailbreak (also violates their AUPs)
1.5 Privacy violations
- Collecting/processing third-party personal data without consent (scraping emails from LinkedIn, etc.)
- Doxing (publishing private data of specific individuals)
- Stalking / targeted harassment
1.6 Other
- False identity at payment (compromised cards, third-party credentials)
- Multi-accounting to abuse the 3 EUR signup bonus
- Using VPN/Tor to bypass geo-blocks (where applicable)
2. What’s allowed (examples)
✅ Personal use — assistant for notes, planning, learning ✅ Business — corporate helper for marketing, coding, research ✅ Creativity — writing, ideation, brainstorming ✅ Research — academic or journalistic, with respect for sources ✅ Coding — code review, unit-test generation, documentation ✅ Translator, summarizer, data analyzer
3. Intellectual property
- AI-generated content from your prompts is yours (to the extent legally possible in your jurisdiction; some countries don’t recognize copyright on AI-generated content).
- Content you upload to the knowledge base remains yours. We don’t claim rights.
- The Service infrastructure, code, guides, patterns — ours.
4. How we respond to violations

| CSAM, malware, fraud | Immediate permanent ban + law-enforcement report |

| Reverse engineering | Permanent ban |
Refunds are not granted for AUP violations.
5. How to report abuse
See someone misusing the Service? Email:

We respond within 24 hours for critical reports, 3 business days for routine.
